We are always on the lookout for great talent to join our amazing Hospitality Graduate program.
Our amazing Hospitality Graduate positions will be allocated to the operational departments and tailored for each indivdual candidate.
Each departmental experience period will include a specific project brief as agreed with their line manager.
You will be required after training to provide leadership roles in complex departments.
You will be tasked with reviewing the current departmental operating procedures and asked to identify areas of improvement both in terms of revenue/ profit as well as relevant crew development and retention.
You will join the department and learn the operation from the basics on the front line with coaching by your Department Manager and support to help you assume supervisory and management duties as required and responsibilities towards the end of each learning journey.
As well as the monthly feedback and support provided by the departmental manager, Graduates will be assigned 1-1 time with the Operations/ Assitant Operations Manager, who will provide mentoring during your development.
Candidate Eligibility Criteria
Candidates should have graduated within the last 4 years. The minimum qualification accepted will be an HNC, but preferably an HND, degree or postgraduate degree. There will be no age limit for candidates.
