Our state-of-the-art facilities and dedicated team ensure that every visitor leaves feeling rejuvenated and valued. We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced Spa and Leisure Assistant Manager to join our team and help us maintain our high standards of service.
The Spa and Leisure Assistant Manager will support the Spa and Leisure Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the spa and leisure facilities. This role involves managing staff, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining a welcoming and relaxing environment for all guests. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for wellness and leisure.
Qualification:
Must have a valid NPLQ certificate
Must be pool plant-trained and possess relevant certifications.
Previous experience in a spa or leisure management role is preferred.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Things you need to know about the role:
42.5 hours per week.
